Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased through our Platform.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. A cancellation request may not be accepted if:

If the product is already out for delivery, you may reject the order at the doorstep.

2. Perishable Goods

Daimora Trade Private Limited does not accept cancellations for perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items, etc.).

Refunds/replacements for perishable items may only be provided if the user proves that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt.

Your request will be processed after the seller/merchant verifies the defect on their end.

If the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must notify customer service within 1 day. After reviewing the issue, an appropriate decision will be taken.

4. Warranty-Based Products

For products that include a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support or claims.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Daimora Trade Private Limited, the refund will be processed within 1 day.
